Sarah McCann

Sarah McCann joined MCS Group in 2019 and is Head of Tech Recruitment. She partners with clients and technology professionals to support senior hiring decisions and career moves. Her role includes advising organizations on talent acquisition strategy, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building long-term relationships across the technology sector. Sarah is focused on helping companies secure the leadership talent they need to drive growth and transformation.

Sarah specializes in technology recruitment, with a focus on senior leadership appointments. She works with startups, growth-stage businesses, and international organizations establishing or expanding their teams. She is actively involved in the technology community, participating in industry events and sharing market insights. Sarah has extensive experience supporting companies entering new markets and is particularly passionate about initiatives that encourage and support women in technology.

Before joining MCS Group, Sarah worked as an elementary school teacher before spending time traveling throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering local food scenes.
