Rachael joined MCS Group in 2021 and is a Principal Tech Recruitment Consultant, partnering with high-growth technology companies and professionals across the market. She helps organizations build and scale teams across software engineering, Python, data, AI, product management, and project management, with a particular focus on strategic client partnerships and companies expanding into new markets. Working closely with both clients and candidates, she delivers thoughtful, consultative hiring solutions that align business needs with exceptional talent.

Rachael specializes in technology recruitment, with expertise in software engineering, data, AI, and product-led organizations. She partners with fast-growing companies and established enterprises looking to strengthen and expand their technical teams.

She is actively involved in the technology community, regularly hosting and attending networking events that bring together technology leaders and professionals while fostering meaningful industry connections.

Before joining MCS Group, Rachael worked as a Business Manager for a global retail organization, where she developed expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and talent acquisition.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness.
