Before joining MCS Group, Matthew worked in financial crime analysis, supporting compliance and risk initiatives within financial services. He later spent several years in Australia as a Senior Sales Consultant in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar solutions and helping customers transition to more sustainable energy systems. This experience strengthened his consultative sales approach and client relationship skills, which he now brings to recruitment.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys running, fitness, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
