Jack Tyrrell

Jack Tyrrell joined MCS Group in 2022 and is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in technology recruitment. He partners with startups and growth-stage companies, helping them build high-performing technical teams as they scale. Jack works closely with founders, hiring managers, and technology professionals to understand their goals and guide the hiring process from initial conversations through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Jack specializes in software engineering, data, and AI recruitment. He works with fast-growing technology companies to identify and secure software engineers, data professionals, AI specialists, and technical leaders who can make an immediate impact as their organizations grow.

Beyond recruitment, Jack is an active member of the technology community. He hosts networking events and executive roundtables for senior technology leaders focused on software, data, and AI. He also hosts The Tech Build Network Podcast, where he interviews founders and industry leaders on building, scaling, and growing technology companies.

Before joining MCS Group, Jack worked as an Aftersales Advisor with BMW, where he developed strong client relationship and customer service skills that continue to shape his consultative approach.

Outside of work, Jack is a passionate Manchester United supporter, enjoys watching movies, and loves exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
