Eve Duncan

Eve Duncan is Group Marketing and Communications Manager for MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs. She leads the group's marketing and communications strategy, partnering across all business divisions and locations to deliver market research and reporting, content development, proposal support, lead generation, and brand strategy. Her role brings together internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial priorities and support business growth.

Eve leads the marketing function across the group, supporting the full range of industries represented by MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs. Her focus is on developing a consistent, high-performing marketing strategy that delivers measurable business impact.

She is actively involved in a range of initiatives beyond her core role, including community and charitable programs that reflect the company's values. Eve also contributes to the broader business community through partnerships with higher education and professional organizations, participating in entrepreneurship judging panels, mentoring aspiring young professionals, and hosting quarterly roundtables for Chief Marketing Officers and senior marketing leaders.

Before moving into marketing, Eve built her career within MCS Group as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into sales support and ultimately marketing leadership. She earned a degree in International Business and Spanish.

Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking sourdough, and working on home design projects. She is also actively involved in her local church, supporting creative projects, social media, video production, and children's programs.
