Before joining MCS Group, Daire earned a degree in Computing before pursuing a successful career as a professional soccer player. Over the course of a decade, he competed at a high level while developing the teamwork, discipline, and resilience that now shape his approach to recruitment.

Outside of work, Daire enjoys staying active, playing soccer, and keeping up with the game as a dedicated Inter Miami fan.
