Dearbhla Flanagan

Dearbhla is Group Head of Operations & Innovation at MCS Group. She leads the operational functions across both MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs, partnering closely with leadership, recruiters, and support teams to streamline operations and drive business performance. Her focus is on optimizing processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service. She works across data, systems, and people to remove operational barriers and enable informed, strategic decision-making.

Her responsibilities span operational strategy, sales enablement, and continuous improvement, with a focus on developing scalable processes that support strategic client partnerships and long-term business growth. She collaborates across HR, finance, compliance, administration, and business support functions to ensure alignment and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Since joining MCS Group in 2018 as a Key Account Manager overseeing a large-scale recruitment partnership, Dearbhla has built extensive experience across client delivery, technology, project management, and operational leadership. She has played a key role in shaping how the business uses data, systems, and automation to improve performance and support continued growth.

Before joining MCS Group, Dearbhla earned a degree in Business Management and worked as a Technology Consultant with PwC.

Outside of work, Dearbhla enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, and shopping.
