Djay Erskine

Djay Erskine is a Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, having joined the business in 2025. He specializes in technology recruitment, supporting organizations by identifying and engaging talent from early-career professionals through to principal-level specialists. Djay works closely with candidates to understand their technical expertise, career goals, and motivations, helping connect them with opportunities that are the right fit both professionally and personally.

Djay recruits across a broad range of technology disciplines, including software engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, and business analysis. He partners with a diverse mix of organizations, from fast-growing technology companies to established enterprises.

He has built a strong network within the technology community and is known for his proactive approach to talent sourcing, as well as providing practical market insights to both candidates and hiring managers.

Before joining MCS Group, Djay earned a bachelor's degree before beginning his career in recruitment.
