Calum Omand joined MCS Group in 2023 as a Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant. He partners with organizations hiring senior and specialist technology talent across a range of industries, with expertise in Business Systems, ERP, Cloud, and Infrastructure. His focus is on understanding each organization's unique hiring needs and identifying the right professionals to support their growth, while also advising candidates on career opportunities that align with their long-term goals.

Calum works with a diverse range of organizations, from fast-growing companies to established enterprises, supporting hiring across technology and business systems functions.

He is known for hosting and curating niche networking events for senior technology leaders, helping to foster valuable connections and meaningful conversations across the industry. His hands-on, consultative approach is centered on delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.

Before joining MCS Group, Calum built experience in management, recruitment, and operations within the education sector while living and working in Spain.

Outside of work, Calum enjoys skiing, golf, rugby, and padel. He's always happy to connect with fellow players for a game.
