Chris Busby

Chris is an Associate Director specializing in Technology Recruitment, leading senior-level appointments across the technology sector. In addition to executive search and leadership hiring, he leads technology market expansion projects and partners with high-growth organizations as they scale their teams.

A relationship-driven recruiter with an extensive professional network, Chris is actively involved in MCS Group's technology community events. He leads the firm's Build Better series, an invitation-only networking forum that brings together technology leaders to share insights and best practices.

Chris joined MCS Group in 2013 after earning a master's degree in Modern History. Before beginning his recruitment career, he worked in the food industry, an experience that helped shape his practical, people-focused approach.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his two sons. He's also passionate about music, with an extensive vinyl collection, loves cooking and baking (especially sourdough), and is a craft beer enthusiast.
